Cardamom Spiced Mango Milkshake
A thick and creamy Mango Milkshake, where surprisingly, you don’t need to add any ice cream, a frozen banana is our secret ingredient instead! There’s nothing to beat fresh mangoes in summer in India, and a dash of cardamom that enhances the flavour of mangoes.

Ingredients
  • 1cup soy milk
  • 1 mangoripe , peeled and chopped
  • 1 bananaripe , peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2cup ice
  • 2Tablespoons honey(or sweetener of your choice)
  • Pinch cardamomground
  • Some chopped pistas for garnish
Instructions
  1. Add soy milk, mango, frozen banana, ice, honey and cardamom to the jar of a mixer and blend until combined. Be careful not to run the mixer for too long or the milkshake will be absolutely watery. Garnish with the chopped pistas.
