Cheat’s Ice Cream: Banana, Honey & Vanilla
Everywhere I look, people seem to be shifting gears. They’re stocking up on cardigans, planning their Christmas getaway, toting a Pumpkin Spice Latte… taking assured steps towards the approaching winter. But if you’re in Mumbai, you’re probably bracing yourself for a ‘second summer’s’ worth of Octob
  • 3 bananas
  • ½Tablespoon Honey(adjust according to taste)
  • 1teaspoon Vanilla Extract(adjust according to taste)
  1. Chop up the bananas seal in an air -tight container before freezing for at least 2 hours
  2. After 2 hours, blitz the bananas in blender along with honey and vanilla
  3. Transfer the mixture into a clean air-tight container freeze for another couple of hours
  4. Scoop into bowls and serve with sprinkles
