Chocolate Pudding: No milk, cream or eggs
This Chocolate Pudding was polished off, bowls & jar licked clean within 20 minutes of me taking pictures of it for the blog! While my recipe very calmly tells you that it serves 3 people, that is where all the tranquillity ends because in my house, this pudding was consumed by about 5 chocoholi
  • 2 avocadosmedium size
  • 3Tablespoons Coconut Oil(be sure to use it in liquid form)
  • ½cup Honey(Agave nectar or Maple Syrup would be great replacements as well)
  • ½teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½teaspoon Soy sauce
  • ¼teaspoon salt
  • ½cup Cocoapowder (unsweetened)
  • Handful almondsof blanched , sliced
  1. Slice and scoop flesh of avocados
  2. Toss it in the food processor with coconut oil honey and blitz for a few seconds
  3. Add the Balsamic Vinegar, soy sauce, salt and cocoa powder blitz until it forms a mousse-like texture, making sure there are no large chunks of avocado ‘flesh’ left
  4. Add another tablespoon of honey if you’d like it slightly sweeter
  5. Blitz to combine
  6. Garnish with sliced almonds
