Greek Yogurt with Brown Sugar Plums
Russian Red, Ruby Woo and now RiRi Woo, let’s admit it – make-up is having a ‘red’ moment. And I’m kind of obsessed with it. I didn’t just stop at these lipsticks though, I bought myself some red pens, a red candle, baked some [Red Velvet Cupcakes](
  1. For the Walnuts:
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsuis. Line a baking tray with some parchment paper and spread the walnuts on it. Place the tray in the upper third level of the oven and toast for 10 minutes.
  3. For the Brown Sugar Plums (adapted from Donna Hay):
  4. Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Slice the plums into half and remove pit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper & place the plums on it, cut side up. Sprinkle with sugar (as pictured) and roast in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes (keep an eye on it, tends to burn quickly).
  5. For the Greek Yogurt:
  6. Add the honey to the yogurt and stir well. Chill this in the refrigerator until it is time to serve.
  7. To serve, place the Greek Yogurt in individual bowls and top with the plums and sprinkle some toasted walnuts.
