Healthy Banana Pancakes
Healthy Banana Pancakes that take just 3 ingredients to make. You can add any number of mix-ins or flavourings to give it your own characteristic spin.

Ingredients
  • 2 bananaslarge, ripe
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 3Tbs whole wheat flour
  • pinch cinnamonof Tiny powder
  • butter greasingOil or for the pan
  • honey maple syrupFresh fruits, or as topping
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mash the banana with the back of a fork. Add the whisked egg and cinnamon powder and continue to mix well with the fork.
  2. Add the flour and mix it well into the egg & banana mixture.
  3. Heat up a frying pan and grease a pan with either oil or butter as you prefer. Use a ¼ -cup measuring cup to portion the batter. Each ¼ -cup should make 1 pancake. You will see slight hole or bubbles forming on the pancake batter – this means that the bottom side is done. Flip it over to cook the other side. Continue this way for remaining batter.
  4. Top the pancakes with fruits of your choice and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
